The Model
One pipeline.
Two directions.
Every CAFA client will, at some point, need lending, advice, cover, property or legal work. Every one of your clients needs an accountant they can rely on. CAFA Partners turns that overlap into a working pipeline.
From CAFA to you
Our clients, your craft.
Clients buying property, starting businesses, restructuring, or planning for retirement. When the work calls for your profession, they are referred to a partner we trust, never to a directory.
From you to CAFA
Your clients, our numbers.
Returns, BAS, structures, SMSF administration. Refer your clients to a qualified team, stay informed on every file through to outcome, and keep the relationship exactly where it belongs. With you.
The firm on one side. The partner on the other. Equal standing is the whole model.
The Network
Who we partner with.
A deliberately small network of professionals whose work sits beside ours in a client's life. Curated, not collected.
Mortgage Brokers
Home loans, refinancing and investment lending for clients who already have their numbers in order.
Financial Advisers
Investment, super and retirement advice. We hold no AFSL, so advice work is referred out, never competed for.
Insurance Advisers
Business, personal and fund cover, placed where a structure or a family actually needs protecting.
Real Estate Agents
Buying, selling and property management for clients moving through their property journey.
Migration Agents
Visa pathways and business migration, often the very first step in a client's Australian story.
Legal Professionals
Business law, conveyancing and estate planning, briefed properly because the books are already clean.
How It Works
From introduction to active referrals.
No portals to learn on day one and no paperwork marathon. Five honest steps, in the order they actually happen.
Introduction
A short call to test the fit. No pitch deck, no obligation, both sides asking real questions.
Agreement
A plain-English referral agreement covering scope, terms and how clients are handled.
Onboarding
A single point of contact, introductions to the team, and the practicalities sorted.
Active referrals
Work flows both ways. Every referral is acknowledged on receipt and tracked through to outcome.
Quarterly review
We look at volume and quality together, then decide where the relationship grows next.
What partners receive
The programme, in practice.
- A single point of contact at CAFA, not a queue
- Acknowledgement and status updates on every referral
- Clear statements on the terms in the referral agreement
- Referrals with context attached, never cold
- A quarterly review of volume and quality
Why CAFA
What stands behind the referral.
- A registered tax agent practice of public accountants, established 2017
- MIPA and Fellow of NTAA credentials behind every file
- Systems-driven delivery: every job prepared by one accountant, reviewed by another
- No AFSL and no licensed advice, so we never compete with the advisers we refer to
- Your client stays your client. We work to the scope you refer
Questions
Straight answers.
Do you provide financial advice?
No. CAFA Group does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence and does not provide personal financial product advice. Advice work is referred out to licensed advisers, which is exactly why this network exists.
Will CAFA approach my clients for other services?
We work to the scope of the referral. If a client raises something outside that scope, it is raised with you first. The referral agreement puts this in writing.
How are referrals tracked?
Every referral is logged on receipt, acknowledged, and updated through to outcome. Statements are issued on the terms set out in the referral agreement, and the relationship is reviewed together each quarter.
